1. Period pain and cramps:

Jaggery has proven that it helps to relieve menstrual pain and cramps. You just need to warm some milk and add a little jaggery to it. Drink this milk full of the cup twice a day during your period. You can also start two days before your date of the period.

2. Common cold:

Jaggery also has properties to heal the common cold. You just need to heat a cup of water, add some jaggery to it and let it allow to melt. Add some ginger and bring it to boil. Later, let it cool completely and then store. Consume this 3-4 times a day to get instant relief from cold.

3. Cough or sore throat:

Take a few fresh basil leaves. Wash them properly and grind to extract juice from them.

Now mix this juice with some jagger and mix well until jaggery melts in the juice. Consume this three times a day to get rid of cough throat or sore throat.

Take one teaspoon of jaggery, two teaspoons of fennel seeds and 250 ml water. Mix all these ingredients and boil it until it is reduced to half. Consume this mixture twice a day to treat your swollen feet and to reduce water retention.

A small piece of jaggery can cure all your stomach ailments such as acidity, indigestion, constipation, and flatulence. Eat a small piece of jaggery after having your meal every day and eating jaggery will help in keeping all stomach ailments away from you.

6. Anxiety and palpitation:

Take anise seed powder, dry Coriander leaves to powder and jaggery powder in equal amounts.

Now take one glass water and this mixture as required into it and take it after your meals.
