Cardiac Arrest or Heart Failure-Five Causes and Remedies

What is Cardiac arrest?

Cardiac arrest happens when a flow of blood stops suddenly to the brain and other parts of the body from the heart. In short, the heart stops to work suddenly. It is also called as a failure of the heart.

Of course, this doesn't happen so suddenly. It gives the pains to that diseased person. Here are five important reasons that can lead to cardiac arrest and should be avoided.

1. Eating habits

Excessive intake of fast food, food rich in palm oil or coconut oil, drinking soft drinks, alcohol and smoking are some of the bad habits that can lead to heart attacks or cardiac arrest.

For chocolates, biscuits, and chips - palm oils generally used. Each time our child eats these products, the brain behaves inappropriately and signals to secrete fat around and in the Heart. This leads to diabetes at a very younger age.

The World Economic Forum has projected, that 50 percent of people who die at a young age, will die of diabetes and heart disease.

2. Stress and tensions

Nowadays, the lifestyle of metropolitan cities is such that it causes stress. Many tensions at the workplace cause fatigue and weakness. All this plays a big supporting role in heart failure.

3. Traveling or seating at one place for a long time

If we don't take short standing breaks or exercises then in the long run, this causes a fatty body and increases the risk of heart problems.

4. Less exercise and walking

Exercise in a gym, lack of walk every day, and no other type of exercise can lead to the weakening of the heart.

Breathing issue due to air pollution is also one of the supporting problems which can lead to depositions of particles inside the lungs.

5. History in family

As most of the doctor says family history is also one of the reasons behind the heart issues.

Below are five main preventive measures and precautions to avoid cardiac arrest:

1. A daily walk, jogging, or swimming at fixed time of minimum half an hour. Spending at the same time daily is also a good habit.

2. Outside eating habits, especially food made up of fatty oils should be avoided as possible. Fatty oil mainly includes Palm oil or coconut oil. Drinking soft drinks should be avoided too.

3. The main cause of heart issues is stress, so visiting places and relaxing on weekends can reduce stress. Don't worry about surrounding things. What has to happen, that will happen. To avoid tensions wherever you can.

4. Doctors must do the screening of a family history of sudden cardiac death if any. Such a person must be periodically checked for blood pressure levels, cholesterol levels, and diabetes. Even normal persons above the age of 35 years must be medically checked once in a year.

5. Use of an Automated external defibrillator (AED) is recommended. It is basically a computerized device used in the medical field, that can check heart rhythm and recognizes and gives a shock to the person's heart which requires it to survive, during cardiac arrest.
