Types of Diabetes:

Gestational Diabetes:

These types of diabetes are occurring in women during pregnancy. At that time the body becomes less sensitive to insulin. It may disappear after giving birth.

Prediabetes:

It is borderline diabetes. It may range from 100 to 125 mg/dL. In this, the blood glucose level is a little bit higher than usual. Risk factors for prediabetes are:

1) Overweight
2) Family history of diabetes
3) High blood pressure

Symptoms of Diabetes:

1) Frequent urination
2) Excess thirst and hunger
3) Weight loss
4) fatigue

Prevention of Diabetes:

1) Get more physical activity
2) Eat plenty of Fiber
3) Reduce extra weight
4) Take whole grains
